My background
In 2021, I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Cognitive and Biological Psychology from the VUB. My experience in providing psychological support to asylum seekers and refugees with mood, anxiety, and stress disorders during my internships enriched my skills and insights. My master's thesis focused on adults with autism spectrum disorder, specifically on their capacity for mentalization and the role of the cerebellum. Additionally, I have also completed an Educational Master's program.

My approach
My basic approach to psychological counseling is rooted in the principles of client-centered therapy: empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. I believe that creating a safe and supportive environment is essential for clients' self-development. My goal is to provide a compassionate and respectful space where clients feel free to be themselves and to grow.
My leisure activities
Outside of my professional life, I am a lover of fitness, painting, and video games. My broad interest in various hobbies and skills reflects my desire to be moderately good at many aspects. My favorite quote, "Without love, it cannot be seen," illustrates my belief that understanding and appreciation are essential to truly understand others.
