My background
In 2022, I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on child and family psychology from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Afterwards, I completed training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT4kids). I continuously update my skills by attending webinars and additional training sessions.
What you can come to me for
- Therapy and guidance for children and adolescents aged 6 to 18
- A range of psychological services addressing emotional difficulties, social skills, and behavioral adaptation
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy tailored specifically for children
What characterizes me
- A passionate and child-friendly approach
- Utilization of creative and innovative therapeutic techniques to help children and adolescents grow and thrive
- A strong emphasis on safety and trust within the therapeutic setting.
My approach
The inner world of a child is a journey of discovery and growth, where I act as a guide to help them embrace their feelings and thoughts, thereby reaching new horizons. The therapy room is a safe space where you can feel free to talk and share your thoughts and feelings. Every step of this journey is valuable, from dealing with fears and other emotional difficulties to strengthening social skills and modifying (unwanted) behavior.
