My background
In 2012, I obtained my Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from KU Leuven, with a focus on adults. During my internship at Asster Psychiatric Hospital, I gained experience in general psychiatry, including mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as psychosis. Since 2015, I have been working as a psychologist and further specialized by completing training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) between 2016 and 2017. In 2021, I completed a postgraduate program in Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I have specialized in the treatment of tinnitus, including Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT).

My approach
My approach focuses on the uniqueness of each individual, where we together discover how you can make more valuable choices and become less entangled in your thoughts. My motto is: "Change can be intimidating, but it offers us valuable lessons and growth opportunities." My goal for clients is to help them get closer to their ideal selves. I achieve this by closely collaborating with them to explore their pitfalls and strengths and develop customized therapy.
My leisure activtities
In my free time, I enjoy hiking in nature, cuddling with my cats, reading a book, or going on trips.
