“What has been need not always be”
My background
My interest in people, their behavior, emotions, and thoughts began when I was a teenager. I’ve always found it fascinating how we all respond in different ways to the challenges and experiences in our lives. This curiosity grew into a deep passion for psychology, which ultimately led me to study Clinical Psychology.
I am currently in the final year of my Master's in Clinical Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), and I am very excited to apply the knowledge and insights I’ve gathered over the past few years in practice. For me, psychology is not just about understanding scientific theories but about using that knowledge to truly help people move forward. I am passionate about providing support and guidance to those who feel stuck in their lives or are seeking a better understanding of themselves.
What you can come to me for
You can come to me if you feel stuck in your life or if you want to better understand and discover yourself. Together, we will look for insights that can help you move forward.
What characterizes me
- My curiosity and open attitude
- My dedication to never giving up and always trying again
- My up-to-date knowledge of psychology, supported by scientific research
My approach
I strongly believe that we can always continue to learn—from science, from yourself, and from each other as human beings. Everyone has unique experiences, and from those come unique insights. During our sessions, I want to work with you to gain insight into what arises from that uniqueness—your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. This way, we can break patterns and make change possible because just because something has always been a certain way doesn’t mean it always has to stay that way.
My leisure activities
In my free time, I enjoy being creative with art as a form of self-expression. I also love a good book, a ride on my motorcycle, and climbing, a sport I have fallen in love with. Moreover, taking care of all my plants has almost become a full-time occupation.
